All fees will be communicated prior to booking. Planning fees are non-refundable. Full payment is required before confirming any trip.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds depend on third-party policies. Aelum Inc. does not refund service fees once paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
5. Changes
Trip changes may incur third-party fees. Requests should be made at least 72 hours before travel.
6. Liability
We act as an agent between you and travel providers and are not liable for issues caused by third parties, delays, or cancellations.
